Beginner Yoga
Our 4-week Beginner Yoga series is for anyone looking to start a yoga or refine an existing practice. Train your breath, strengthen your body, and create a strong foundation for a powerful and lasting yoga practice. Through the thoughtful guidance of Vanessa, you’ll learn the fundamentals of alignment, breath, and the meditative qualities of mindful movement.
What to wear: Comfort is everything! Be sure to wear something you can move in with ease. We suggest layers.
What to bring: A bottle of water + a yoga mat. If you don’t have a mat, no problem. You can rent one for $1 at the front desk.
